Today started early but also ended early.
My stress-o-metre went up and down like so:
Monday: Not stressed.
Tuesday: Sniffles – getting stressed and not stressed, alternating.
Wednesday: Not stressed since I was doing work – then stressed because I was procrastinating.
Thursday: STRESSED. Not stressed when I printed.
Friday: STRESSED when I got there and saw other people’s work and started doubting myself. NOT STRESSED after getting positive feedback from tutor (even about my graphics).
Though he said he liked my clear and direct graphics. Then he compared it to the art of Miffy.
Cuddly yet the idea of a sewn mouth could be grotesque. JUST KIDDING SHE’S ADORABLE ♥

Now when I look at that above image, yeah, it does look like my presentation, lol.
Anyway, I’m feeling good about this – I’m finally sort of on top of my design and not lagging behind. I don’t know for sure until I get the marks back, but I felt like it was all nice and resolved. Well, mostly anyway 🙂 I think it was nice that I had my massing model studies – I need to buy more balsa for it – I sort of painted too many sheets of my balsa in black paint so I don’t think I can use it. I’ll see if I can, but I don’t even know where my sandpaper is and sand off the black paint.
Tonight I can do my hooping exercise – yay! I skipped it yesterday, so I’m looking forward to it maybe in an hour’s time 😀
But yes – as you can tell I’m tired, quite satisfied and that’s that. I got plenty of sleep in comparison to the rest of my class, so I shouldn’t be complaining.
Continue to soldier on! YEAH! Till next blog – most likely on the weekend 🙂
